Brothers & Sisters,

In light of the recent events surrounding the Coronavirus, the Shepherds would like to issue
the following statement:

First of all, we want everyone to understand that we would never keep anyone from
attending worship service or Bible class. It is our desire to do everything we can to protect
the church family.

We are concerned at this time about our members who would be most susceptible to this
virus. This includes our senior members, our babies, and those that at this time are dealing
with compromised immune systems. If you fall within one of these groups, we are asking
that you consider staying home for the next 30 days or until this crisis is over. We will have
individual communion servings available to pick up at the office. Please call the office
prior to going by to check supply.

In addition, we are asking all members regardless of age, if you are sick or experiencing
any cold or flu like symptoms, please consider the church family and stay home.
The Shepherds are working with staff to review all events both at our facility and off
campus involving large numbers that are scheduled to take place over the next 30-60 days.
At this time no decision has been made to cancel any event scheduled we just need to be
aware and plan accordingly.

In closing we would ask everyone to keep proper perspective about this. There is no reason
to panic. We do ask for your cooperation and prayers as we work together through this
situation.

God is now and will always be in control.

In Love,
The Shepherds
